Services
What a session actually involves.
Every service below is performed by a therapist licensed by the State of Florida. Prices are per session and shown below. Call or text to book — if you’re not sure which service you need, describe what’s going on and we’ll suggest one.
Signature session
Oxygen chamber
You lie down in a pressurized chamber and breathe enriched oxygen for a full hour. There is nothing to do but rest — most people read, listen to something, or fall asleep. Clients book it after hard training, long travel, or a stretch of poor sleep.
First time? Call ahead. We’ll explain how the pressure change feels and whether it’s a sensible fit for you.
- 60 minutes, one client in the room
- Wear comfortable clothing — no oils, no shower after
- Ears may need to equalize, like on a plane
- Pairs well with a massage the same visit

Massage
Swedish massage
$100 60 min
Long, gliding strokes and kneading at a pressure you set, working the whole body in a steady rhythm. It is the classic relaxation massage and the right starting point if you have never had bodywork or you mainly need to come down from a stressful stretch.
Best for stress, sleep, first visits
Massage
Swedish with hot stones
$120 90 min
The same Swedish session, extended to ninety minutes, with smooth heated stones resting on and gliding along the back, shoulders and legs. The heat reaches muscle that stays guarded under normal pressure, so the same work lands deeper with less force.
Best for deep, stubborn tightness; anyone who runs cold
Massage
Full body massage
$120 60 min
A full-length session from neck to feet, with extra time spent wherever your therapist finds tension holding. Pressure is adjusted as we go, so speak up — the session should never feel like something being done to you.
Best for desk and driving strain, general tightness
Massage
Lymphatic drainage
$140 60 min
A light, rhythmic technique that follows the body’s own drainage pathways. It is far gentler than deep tissue — most people are surprised how little pressure it takes. Often booked when the body feels puffy or heavy rather than knotted.
Best for post-travel heaviness, recovery care
